Flow style yoga that incorporates Hatha yoga with influences of Kundalini Yoga.

Ritual Yoga is introduced by Brook Pfeiffer Ewoldsen, a descendant of the pioneering Pfeiffer family of Big Sur. Brook is committed to preserving wildlife, the environment, as well as promoting world and inner peace.

Brook was certified in Bali on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in 2016. She has taught classes locally as well as Costa Rica and Portugal.
